In my 9+ years of experience I worked across different industries internationally, consulting, training and facilitating workshops for startups and large organisations. I've been leading multidisciplinary teams passionately encouraging both personal and business growth.
I like to integrate principles and techniques from behavioural science and positive psychology to create a clearer picture of the needs and motivations that are at play in a certain context.
